Social media has felt so overwhelming lately, and I know I’m not alone in feeling this way. This is for anyone who’s been feeling unmotivated or discouraged, or who’s posted a photo that only got 10 likes when they were hoping for more ✨

But those likes don’t define us or the things we create. Post for yourself, not for the validation of others. Share the moments that make you happy, even if they don’t get the response you hoped for. And if you ever need to take a break from social media, that’s okay too.

And please know that I’ll always be here to support you, no matter how many likes your post gets. If you’re feeling discouraged because a post didn’t get the love you hoped it would, reach out to me. I’ll be happy to hype you up, support you, and remind you that your worth has nothing to do with a number on a screen. 🤍 taken in Disney Cruise Line by @disneywithstace
