CREATURES & TEXTURES OF HALLOWEEN 🖤

A little dark. A little strange. Entirely delicious.

This Halloween, we’re exploring the creatures, textures, and flavors that haunt the season:

🧠 Dark Chocolate Walnut Brains
🍋 Sour Lemon Scary Ghosts
🎃 Pumpkin Spice Pumpkins
⚡ Apple Cider Frankenstein
🖤 Plum Clots + Black Sesame
🌽 Roasted Corn Mummies

Handcrafted, hand-painted, and made to be devoured.

Creatures of Halloween. Textures of the season. Chocolate, reimagined.

As we gear up for chocolate season. I am so grateful for the progress in our lamination this summer. It’s been hot. Humid. And we’re still learning through it all. Chef @castillogabiii has been perfecting our poptarts and puff pastry while and croissants were focused on mastering the basics. But we’re going to be showing off some great things and new tricks this coming year. Stay tuned!

We don’t use detramps but always the best ingredients… does anyone want to hear about where we source the magic that makes these happen? Comment MO BUTTA MO BETTA ! by @dissetchocolate

Scenes from @jameslanepost’s pop up yesterday at @sharetheharvestfarm, featuring pastries from @dissetchocolate, @holytshili, jam by @chefjoecipro, and our collaborations with @buenavida_specialtycoffee and @hamptonshandpoured. All sales went to support Share the Harvest Farm’s work providing fresh, organically grown produce to food pantries, shelters, senior housing communities, childcare centers, and nonprofit partners throughout the East End. taken in East Hampton, New York by @dissetchocolate

Layers have been the name of the game this summer.

But don’t be fooled. We’re already in Halloween production behind the scenes!
