I took this photo from Nordic Pavilion at the Venice Biennale 2018. This exhibition was made to show what architecture could be in a more symbiotic relationship with its environment. These balloons were breathing in response to the environmental conditions. They either fill or empty themselves based on carbon dioxide level.
