It’s interesting how wellness was meant to help us slow down, yet somehow many of us are treating it like ‘another’ competition.

More training. More healing. More optimization.

If we’re not careful, the pursuit of becoming “better” can become another way of running from discomfort. Perhaps not everything uncomfortable needs to be fixed, trained, or healed right away. by @distamz

Kita semua sudah menemukan formula life balance yang sungguh tidak pernah balance. Lalu pencarian diri melebar ke “self-alignment”. Apa sebenarnya menjadi selaras? Apa hidup di garis yang lurus? Karena tentu aku tidak suka lurus. Rambutku saja ikal.

Gue habiskan satu hari Jumat bersama @distamz dan perjalanannya di @925journey . Ketawa-ketawa sambil Dista membantu gue untuk integrasi dan memperbaiki intensi diri. Lebih baik lagi, jadi lega karena yang Gemini penuh ambisi perlukan hanya tidur yang cukup, restoratif, dan? RILEKS.

I’m privileged. I’m privileged enough to decide which career I want to pursue.
Privileged enough to do my morning workouts.
Privileged enough to subscribe to Classpass every month to maintain better health.
Privileged enough to buy chicken and beef so I can maintain my protein intake.
Privileged enough to pay my monthly health insurance.
Privileged enough to set my own working schedule. Privileged enough to be surrounded by good connections, and so much more.

I know that this bubble will always trap me, and if I am not careful enough, it will become my blind spot someday. So, contributing and seeing another layer of life is an awakening call for me this year. taken in Jakarta, Indonesia by @distamz
