My view courtesy of Free State.

We move to the max in #MoveInMaxed as a family. My first born is into rugby and athletics, second born thinks his brother is a hero and wants to do everything his brother does. Honestly, i didnt think my daily workouts would have such an impact on them. A family that moves together, stays (fit for each other) together.
