• A massive thank you to @duogroupnz for getting us to paint their wall, and a huge thank you to @itm_nz @hillside_itm_chch and @hireking_chch for the massive support! Be sure to head there way 🙌 •
• Looking forward to more upcoming projects with Cole and over time going larger and larger with these projects • If you want to see this mural in the flesh, it’s located on the corner of Colombo St and St Asaph St, Christchurch, New Zealand • by @distrangeddesign

U N I T E D 🙏🏽 A celebration of connection, love and togetherness. United was created in collaboration with local artist Jacob Root aka @distrangeddesign; with the intention of representing unity through a time of uncertainty. A beautifully stencilled pair of holding hands sits among intricately carved flowers, each chosen for its symbolism of love, joy, happiness, pride, honour and wisdom.

Carved through 40 layers of acrylic paint on a 600mm round board, the piece combines detailed paint carving with an intricate six-layer stencil.

Completed in November 2021, the original found its home with a neighbour, a lovely reminder of the connections and support within our local community.

I’m so pleased to be sharing this piece again as part of my November print release.

Available as an open edition print until the end of November. Link in bio.

Swipe through for a closer look at this beauty.

• Bronte Bowlo • Spent the week across the ditch bringing this huge wall to life for the Bronte Bowlo crew. It came with all the overseas challenges you can imagine, tight timeframe, rain / big wind, a wall that turned out bigger than expected, and a paint order that arrived all wrong, but that happens. Battled through and got it done. Can’t wait to be back painting the next one soon 🙌 • by @distrangeddesign

• “Where the light breaks” • 1010mm x 760mm • Mixed Media on canvas • Available now, comment or dm me for details 😊🌼 • by @distrangeddesign
