It’s the best night of the month! Family Nights are when we gather as a District Family to dig a little deeper - we worship, pray together, take communion, and grow together as we are challenged in our Hard Truths series.

Tonight’s Hard Truth is Politics in the Church, so we’re answering the question, “How should following Jesus shape the way we engage with politics and the world around us?” Bring a Bible and a notebook! We’ll see you at 6:30pm. taken in District Church by @districtdotchurch

If transformation is the goal, we have to be pruned. As God works in us, He will cut off the dead branches and prune the rest so that we can ultimately produce more fruit!

Ask yourselves this question - will you stay connected to the vine when He starts pruning the things in your life that need to change?

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit He takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” John 15:1-2 taken in District Church by @districtdotchurch

Our Local Outreach teams are always hard at work, but as the holiday season approaches, there are so many opportunities to get your hands busy and help serve our local communities!!! From harvesting vegetables that turn into a Farmer’s Market style food distribution to prepping a store for Christmas merch to our annual Veteran’s Food Drive and Christmas Angels projects, figure out how you can be involved. Grab your small group, your family, your friends, and pick a serve opportunity. Let’s be the hands and feet of Jesus to everyone, everywhere, every day!
