๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฅ˜ RADIO PAELLA This Saturday weโ€™re heading south and teaming up with our friends at @paellacosmica for a signature DJ & Live Cooking Session around one of Spainโ€™s most iconic dishes: Paella ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Originally from the region of Valencia, paella began as a humble meal cooked over an open fire and shared among family and friends. Over the years it became one of Spainโ€™s most celebrated dishes โ€” less about fine dining and more about gathering people around the pan. For the occasion, Paella Cosmica will be serving their special โ€œCosmic Inkโ€: ๐Ÿฆ‘ Cuttlefish, ๐Ÿค Prawns, โœจ Saffron, ๐Ÿง„ Garlic, ๐Ÿง… Onion, ๐Ÿซ‘ Pepper, ๐ŸŒ‘ Squid ink Paella Cosmica, during a 3-hour slot, will create an open โ€œDJ + live cookingโ€ scene where everything happens at the same time: the energy just shifts between cooking, serving, and DJing. Expect a continuous flow where cooking becomes part of the soundtrack and the soundtrack becomes part of the meal, all blended into one.
