Nice ripe #papaya with some unsweetened coconut flakes, some sweetness 🍯 (organic raw unfiltered honey), and pistachios. I have something special for this one. Put your papaya’s outside in the sun for a few days, it’s magical!

🍴Meat Lasagna - Two Ways

Sheet Lasa; dairy free for the Munchkin. @daiyafoods Mozzarella cheese and @followyourheart Parmesan with a homemade ricotta from extra firm and silken tofu. The kids don’t like tofu, but this one passes the test!
Mini Lasa Rolls; traditional lasagna made into rolls.

🍴Homemade Hawaiian Rolls

Man, oh man, did I almost give up here. This isn’t the first time I’ve made Hawaiian rolls, but it’s the first time I’m using a different egg substitute with my old recipe. The first time my egg substitute was a powder that became a gel texture. This time I used #justegg, and it became a little too wet. I was discouraged during this process, but I did what I could to fix it! While it was still delicious, the texture was off. However, now the goal is to use this product to perfect the recipe before going back to the old one… because, what if I can never get it again? So next time it’s less or nothing at all. Let’s see!

‼️Use less than the carton suggests for egg substitution in baking, or no egg substitution at all.
‼️Add 2-4 minutes additional for baking time, and mayyybe 25 degree drop when using the egg substitute.
‼️Don’t change anything with baking temp or time if no egg substitution is used.

I LOooOoOoOoooove pickles 🥒 and the way everything is happening, it’s just time to make everything from scratch. Super easy, and playing with the flavors can get really fun! We used these for some sandwiches. I snacked on a lot 🙈 … yea! Definitely a win. Beautiful crunch, you don’t always get that from the ones at the stores. Just do it!

First time trying to make Pho. It was so much fun! The layers of flavors, the smell of the roasting, toasting, and stewing 😘🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽. I’m doing this again for sure. Soooo many ideas for flavor combinations, I can’t wait. I used sirloin for this one 🫠🤤🤤 Do it! What flavor should I do next time?

‼️I liked the rice noodles from pot to broth directly, no rinsing. They soaked up the flavors better from the broth and toppings imo.
