I started with just 5 pull-ups. Now I can do 20 continuous pull-ups and 10 muscle-ups.

One thing that made a huge difference: practice 1 pull-up → come down → rest 5–10 seconds → repeat.

Do at least 30 reps per session, consistently for the next 2 months. Your strength, endurance, and power will change dramatically.

You’ll genuinely start feeling superhuman. 💪
