☀️ This summer I am very excited to co-host the Ocean Discovery Week at @thenautilusisland in UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in Baa Atoll

Join @tobias_friedrich_photography, myself and PADI Junior AmbassaDivers Dorian and Kian from the 2nd to the 8th of August 2026

Each day unfolds differently beneath the water. One moment may bring you face to face with manta rays in Hanifaru Bay, the next may lead you along the house reef, where colour and movement reveal something new at every turn.

For younger guests, the ocean becomes a place of curiosity and discovery. From hands-on coral planting to guided reef explorations and creative workshops, each experience encourages a deeper understanding of the marine world. 💥👂🏼If you experience ear trouble during or after a dive, proper first aid is critical

1️⃣ Stop and Ascend: If you feel discomfort on descent, stop immediately, ascend a few feet, and attempt to equalize again. Do not force it, and end the dive if you cannot equalize

2️⃣ Abstain from Diving: Do not dive again if you feel fullness or pain in your ears

3️⃣ Use Decongestants: Nasal decongestant sprays or drops may help reduce swelling in your Eustachian tubes

4️⃣ Do Not Insert Ear Drops: Never put any drops directly into the ear canal if there is a possibility of eardrum rupture

5️⃣ Seek Medical Attention: Consult an EMT or diving physician if you experience fluid or blood discharge, persistent pain, or inner-ear symptoms like vertigo. by @dive_into.life
