There’s nothing more exciting than seeing the joy on someone’s face and in their eyes when they take their first breath underwater!

With the Avelo Diver course, anybody can begin their journey as a scuba diver with no prior scuba certification, all on the Avelo System.

It’s post spawning season and there are some massive schools of fish around. Especially Sargo and Blacksmith! Out a little past the glass bottom boat there have been epic schools of blacksmith. Don’t forget to check if they’re there on your next dive.

Try an Avelo course the next time you’re in town. It’s super lightweight and it feels like you’re freediving! It’s easy to forget you’ve got a tank on your back!

Avelo Essentials, formerly the Recreational Avelo Diver course, or RAD, is designed for certified divers learning to dive the Avelo System.

Through eLearning and two instructor-led dives, you will learn how the system works and experience what it enables in the water. Your instructor will help you connect what you feel during each dive with clear insights into your movement, control, and efficiency. The system’s dive data gives you a deeper understanding of your performance and how your skills are developing.

Let’s hear it for Women’s Dive Day! 🫧 🩷🤿

We had a wonderful time celebrating with all of the ladies at the Women’s Dive Day event at our first Avelo Dive Center in Kentucky , @pennyroyal_scuba Many fantastic diving women (and some men) came by the Avelo Tour van to learn about and try on the Avelo System.

Underwater, we found some fun and unexpected games and activities! If you plan to be in or around Kentucky, definitely consider diving Avelo with @pennyroyal_scuba !
