🧚🏽Stress doesn’t just affect your emotions, it affects your ability to recover, adapt, and stay grounded 🤍 When the nervous system stays overwhelmed for too long, even small challenges can begin to feel heavy.
Reiki gently supports resilience by helping the body and mind return to a state of balance, calm, and emotional stability. The more regulated your nervous system becomes…
the easier it is to move through life with clarity, strength, and confidence. Resilience isn’t about forcing yourself to “push through.”
It’s about creating enough inner safety to soften, heal, and recover. ✨ If you’ve been feeling emotionally drained, overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted—this is your reminder to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Comment “RESILIENT” and I’ll send you more info ✨ ✨ I offer Reiki sessions in person at the Fairmont
✨ As well as virtual sessions you can receive from anywhere If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and emotionally strong…
