This morning I stepped on the scale and I was under 200lbs. 197 to be exact; I don’t mind telling my weight cause sis was pushing over 256 over a year ago . I’m saying this to say that when you get sick and tired of being sick and tired of your damn self you will do it ! I appreciate having a loving future husband, an amazing coach and unconditional loving #npressivefitness family! This is not a fad, but a movement of self care and love . I’m proud of ME!
