It’s looking back at photos like this realizing how terrible my skin condition truly was. 🤯

I have struggled with Sebbhoreic Dermatitis from the age of 11 years old. A broken skin barrier with deep discoloration on my face.

It wasn’t until 8 months into my water journey everything started to shift…

Not only did I see clear skin (goodbye flakes and textured skin)

BUT AN EVEN SKIN TONE?! That truly surprised me.

If I had known living water was going to be the saving grace for me…I would have started this journey way sooner 🙌🏽‼️

So excited to be apart of an event THIS SATURDAY (6/27) diving deep on this water and how it has been so healing for so many people 💦⚡️

The power of antioxidant-rich, alkalized water is incredibly amazing 🤯👏🏽

Which is why I will never stop drinking + using it 🙌🏽

One of my favorite uses is to clean my produce.
Because what we don’t remove…we CONSUME!

Pesticides and atrazine have been linked to numerous health challenges such as reproductive health, endocrine disruption, certain cancers, and more unlisted here.

When we know better, we can do better ‼️🙇🏽‍♀️✨

The thing isssss….

My dreams will always work out ‼️🧚💭

You may be wondering “yeah but how does she know though?”

Because I BELIEVE it will, that’s why.
The most simple logic out there…

High beliefs = higher outcome of the desire
Low beliefs = lower outcome of the desire

Your belief system is the ROOT to everything you’re working towards. So GIVE yourself permission to dream a little more. And understand that is already entering your reality. Because we must feel it before we see it ✨

Kind of crazy I feel better at 28 than when I did in my early 20’s. 🤯

But the truth is when you feed your body the RIGHT things, it puts your body in the position to do what it does best…

Heal itself 🌿

So one choice has allowed my body to thrive.

Goodbye inflammation, bad skin, and daily pains that were never “normal”.

I’ve found a peace that will never fade…
It will last a lifetime.

Keeping it realer than real over here ‼️

As much as I wanted to put out a normal piece of my content, I wanted to keep it super genuine today, as that has been a recent goal of mine.

This is one of my “off” days and no I don’t really want to show up…

But I do anyway.

Because discipline will always be greater than motivation. ✅

And this is a normal feeling to carry within your own journey. So don’t beat yourself up when you do.

Because moments like this will always happen…

It is about HOW you show up when they do.

Celebrating the small wins, doing the things you know you’re supposed to (even in a small capacity) will be so much greater for you than doing nothing at all.

Do what makes you feel happy.

When I realized I can control how good my life can get by elevating my mindset, grounding in positivity, having standards and boundaries…

I actually don’t have to have anything I don’t want to exist in my life.

I have full control of the quality of my life. ✨

Sometimes we can become the biggest critic in our own lives. And it effects the way we live. To what we allow to come, to stay, and to go.

Here’s to a year and a half in my water journey 🥂🙌🏽✨

There are SO many more changes I have gone through that are not listed in this post.

You’re probably thinking there’s no way water has the ability to do this?!

Let me tell you, the water is only a small part of the journey 🗺️

This opportunity has allowed my life to flourish in unimaginable ways. I would have NEVER thought I’d be in such a beautiful place as I am now…

Within this path, I have been able to be more intentional with my life and my connections. I am surrounded by such beautiful souls and environments that I would have never discovered if I didn’t tell myself “yes” a year ago.

So it’s not just the water, it’s what comes with it 🌊

The abundance has been bountiful.

The shifts I’ve made have impacted my life for the better.

I hold so much gratitude for where my life is now and where it is headed.

Thank you for being apart of my journey…
