A day at The Muse looks a little something like this… 🐚

Every moment is an invitation to experience yourself differently. Through movement, creativity, sisterhood, nature, and the spaces we create for one another. by @divineretreats_

Conscious movement is so much more than a workout. It’s about learning to listen to your body, creating space to reconnect with yourself, and allowing movement to become a practice of presence, connection, and expression.

This is the direction I want to continue growing into — creating experiences where movement goes beyond the physical and becomes a way of living, feeling, and connecting.

July was just a glimpse of what’s possible, and I’m so excited for what’s coming next. The next chapter is going to be even more meaningful. ✨ by @divineretreats_

POV: February is getting closer, and your calendar looks like this… 🌺

More movement. More nature. More connection. More sisterhood. More moments that make you feel alive.

What can five days away give you?

Perspective.
Clarity.
A little more silence between your thoughts.

Sometimes, stepping away isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about returning to it with new eyes.

That is part of The Muse.

Five days to pause long enough to hear yourself again.

Life feels lighter when I make room for the “sometimes.”

Because I don’t always want the same things.
I don’t always carry the same energy.
I’m not always the same woman.

And there’s something beautiful about realizing I don’t have to define myself by every version of me that I become. I don’t need to turn every feeling, every season, or every change into an identity.

I can be many things without having to be just one of them.

I am a beautiful “sometimes.”
A version in motion.
A contradiction learning to embrace itself.
A woman who changes, feels, evolves, and discovers herself along the way.

A life that breathes. by @divineretreats_

There is more within you waiting to be expressed, too. ✨

Come awaken your Muse with us at Divine Retreats. 🤍 by @divineretreats_

The Muse nace para crear ese espacio.
Un lugar para explorar el cuerpo, tu creatividad, tu sensualidad y tu historia.

Para volver a escuchar las parties de ti que la vida hizo demasiado silenciosas.

¿Que MUSA vienes a DESPERTAR? by @divineretreats_

No distractions.
Just you, nature, and the space to reconnect
with yourself.

That’s the idea 🐚🛘 by @divineretreats_

Maybe life is really about this:

the love you let in,
the love you pour out,
the women who awaken something in you,
and the moments that make you feel completely alive.

There is magic in being witnessed.
In being held.
In being surrounded by women who remind you of your own light.

This is the kind of love we are creating.
Soft. Deep. Feminine. Unforgettable. 🤍 by @divineretreats_

What my soul has been craving… ✨

A slower pace.
A softer version of me.
Sun on my skin.
Flowers everywhere.
Good food.
Deep conversations.
Movement that feels like medicine.
Women who feel like home.
Laughter that comes from the belly.
Space to create, to feel, to breathe.
And the kind of memories that stay with you long after you leave. 🐚 by @divineretreats_

My creativity is valuable enough to discover what is here.

The Muse within me is valuable enough to discover what is here.

Give yourself permission to explore it and see what happens.

And maybe that’s what The Muse is really about creating the space to slow down, listen inward, and discover what’s waiting to come through you. 🐚
