What can five days away give you?

Perspective.
Clarity.
A little more silence between your thoughts.

Sometimes, stepping away isn’t about escaping your life.

It’s about returning to it with new eyes.

That is part of The Muse.

Five days to pause long enough to hear yourself again.

Being a good mom also means being good to yourself. Making time to move, getting stronger, prioritizing your health, and remembering that you matter, too.

A little slower, a little softer, romanticizing the ordinary, and learning to love the life I’m creating. 🤍💌 by @manemorenx_

This is the season to lock in. The only thing we’re chasing is PRs 🤣

Conscious movement is so much more than a workout. It’s about learning to listen to your body, creating space to reconnect with yourself, and allowing movement to become a practice of presence, connection, and expression.

This is the direction I want to continue growing into — creating experiences where movement goes beyond the physical and becomes a way of living, feeling, and connecting.

July was just a glimpse of what’s possible, and I’m so excited for what’s coming next. The next chapter is going to be even more meaningful. ✨ by @manemorenx_

2023-2026

Back then, I trained more, but I wasn’t truly connected to my body. My ego was leading, I wasn’t nourishing myself properly, and I thought doing more meant doing better.

Now, I train with intention, lift weights, enjoy my food, and honor balance. I’m learning to work from the inside out, choosing what’s right for me, not what looks right to everyone else.

And my body reflects that shift.

More core stability. Stronger forearms. Better form. A more defined, leaner back. More control, less compensation.

The real transformation wasn’t just physical. It started within. 🤍 by @manemorenx_

Behind the Scenes: My Love-Hate Relationship with Social Media.

I have so much to express, so much to share, and so many stories to tell. But somehow, social media also brings me a lot of anxiety.

I love creating, connecting, and sharing little pieces of my life, but I also struggle with the pressure of constantly showing up here.

I can express myself so easily in real life, but put a camera in front of me and suddenly… I forget how to be a human 🤦🏼‍♀️

That’s why I don’t post as much as people might expect. I love the creative side of it, but I don’t always love what comes with it. Sometimes, it feels like a necessary evil.

And this… this is me behind a camera: completely useless. 🙄🥴💀🙅🏼‍♀️ by @manemorenx_

Saturday was a reminder of why I do what I do. 🤍
For me, conscious movement has never been just about the body. It’s about creating space to feel, to listen, to reconnect with ourselves, and to discover what we’re capable of beyond the physical.

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to share this vision through movement and to be surrounded by women who are building, creating, and inspiring in their own ways.
There’s something powerful about being in spaces where people come together not just to do, but to create something meaningful ✨

The Muse nace para crear ese espacio.
Un lugar para explorar el cuerpo, tu creatividad, tu sensualidad y tu historia.

Para volver a escuchar las parties de ti que la vida hizo demasiado silenciosas.

¿Que MUSA vienes a DESPERTAR? by @manemorenx_

For Mane Moreno, movement is just the beginning.

Through Muscle Mami Coffee Club, she’s creating a space where conscious training leads to coffee, conversation and real connection — building a community that keeps showing up for more than the workout.
