Giving the next generation the tools I’ve learned in 19 years of diving

I want to see divers push the limits of the sport and achieve things beyond what they think they’re capable of

Guidance from a more experienced diver would’ve helped me excel much faster when I was developing, so that’s what I’m setting out to provide

Introducing the second sponsored athlete: Kayleigh Clark

Kayleigh is a 2025 USA Diving national team member with her sights on LA 2028

We have been working together to prepare her not just to handle the pressure of high level competition, but to thrive in it

Kayleigh set clear objectives for herself and implemented techniques that boosted her confidence and tapped into her competitive nature so that in those moments that really count, she was ready to rise to the occasion

Introducing the first sponsored athlete: Kylie Flory

When we began working together, Kylie was excelling in practice but struggling to compete at the same level

After a rough event at Winter Nationals, we focused on putting together a solid competition routine and developing Kylie’s skills for handling the nerves and pressure of competition in a way that worked for them

Kylie just made their debut at the World Cup Series in Montreal, handling the nerves and pressure with ease

Using the skills we worked on, Kylie was able to put together a performance reflective of their level of training, on one of the biggest stages in the world of diving

Sports psychologists don’t understand everything you go through as a diver, making it difficult for them to help you through diving-specific situations

It takes someone who has been through it before to help you in a meaningful way

I’ve been diving for 19 years and during that time I have gone through everything there is to experience in the sport

I’ve hit the board, smacked, dealt with injuries, competition pressure, gotten lost on dives, learned new dives, etc.

Now I’m using my experience to help other divers get through it all too
