Glikson stole the show !! 😅

Glikson, played by Roshan Shanavas in Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, is a character whose loyalty speaks louder than his words. He may come across as casual, fun, and carefree, but when it comes to the people he loves, his true nature comes through. His loyalty, silent support, and willingness to stand by his people during difficult moments make Glikson one of those characters that stays with you even after the movie ends. He doesn't always need emotional dialogues to show how much he cares -his actions are enough to prove where his heart truly belongs. That genuine bond, unwavering friendship, and protective side make Glikson feel incredibly real and relatable. A character who reminds us that sometimes the strongest form of love is simply staying when everyone else chooses to leave.

When a smile conquers hearts. !!

Nivin Pauly has earned a special place in the hearts of the audience through his performances and the characters he has brought to life. The love people have for him feels remarkably similar to the love that has surrounded Mohanlal for generations. Different actors, different eras, but that same ability to connect with people, make them celebrate every little moment, and become someone they genuinely adore.

Mohanlal's iconic smile is often celebrated as one of the most defining and magnetic features in Indian cinema.

Affectionately known as Lalettan, his smile goes far beyond conventional stardom—it bridges the gap between a larger-than-life actor and the common man.
Tamil superstar Kamal Haasan beautifully captured its impact by famously saying, "When Mohanlal smiles, it is like a lighthouse beam across generations".

Bethlehem Kudumba Unit is an upcoming Malayalam romantic comedy-drama directed by Girish A.D., with the screenplay written by Girish A.D. and Kiran Josey. The film is produced by Fahadh Faasil, Dileesh Pothan and Syam Pushkaran under Bhavana Studios. It features Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles, alongside Vinay Forrt, Srinda, Sangeeth Prathap, Shyam Mohan, Suresh Krishna, Bindu Panicker and others.

The story follows Ashley, who returns home from abroad, only to find herself emotionally drawn back into memories of her first love, Justin, when a wedding takes place in the neighbouring house. The film appears to explore first love, second chances and relationships through a warm, humorous setting rooted in a close-knit community. The makers have kept much of the plot under wraps, while the available synopsis points towards a blend of romance, family dynamics and neighbourhood chaos.

With Girish A.D. returning to the romantic-comedy space after films such as Thanneer Mathan Dinangal, Super Sharanya and Premalu, Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has generated considerable anticipation among Malayalam cinema audiences. Music is composed by Vishnu Vijay, cinematography is handled by Ajmal Sabu, and editing is by Akash Joseph Varghese. The film is scheduled for a 21 August 2026 theatrical release as part of the Onam season.
