I found the frangipani in the hospital premises It's scientific name is plumeria...also known as temple tree from the family Apocynaceae a deciduous ornamental tree with highly perfumed flowers. Plant has a copious milky sap which may cause skin irritation in sensitive individuals and if ingested cause vomiting and diarrhea. I found the wild balsam apple by the roadside It's scientific name is momordica charantia ..also known as temple tree is a member of the cucumber family from the old world tropics is naturalized in Florida.
