Yess we actually did this and what an adventure!! We didn't know what to expect but let me tell you, it's intense but sooo much fun! Canyoning in Interlaken, Switzerland 🌊⛰️

I cannot believe I jumped off a 20ft cold glacial waterfall set in the beautiful swiss Alps in Interlaken. It's hard to explain in words what it feels like when you experience nature in it's wildest form! Still gives me goosebumps thinking of this experience. Couldn't have done this without my squad and the encouragement from our guides Konstantin and Stan from @outdoorinterlaken - Thank you for giving us an experience we'll remember for life.

This video shows very little of what we experienced.

For folks viewing this and reading this, add Canyoning to your Switzerland bucket list if you love the water and adventure. Its worth it!

- Find your wholesome squad 🤍

- Get a villa with killer views at surprisingly reasonable prices. Villa Melo was top notch 🏡

- Hog on street food at Chaweng night market after a good swim at the beach 🍲

- Beach hop, silver beach was our fav, close to Airbnb with chill vibes and less crowd 🏖️

- Spend time at Na Muang lower waterfall, great for swimming with no hikes and unlimited fun 💦

- Dinner at cocotams with great food, fire shows, music, shopping, cocktails and good dancing! 🍝

- Hit jungle club for insane views, chill vibes and food 🍲

- Chase bioluminescence, yes ko Samui has phytoplanktons, and we stumbled upon it by chance, pure magic! ✨

- Moon bathe - swim in the ocean while the moon rises! Ko Samui beaches are meant to stay awhile! 🌒

- Take a private or a group yacht for snorkeling at Koh Tao and Nang Yuan 🤿

- Get a private chef to cook you authentic Thai food at your Airbnb - many airbnbs offer this in ko Samui. We absolutely loved it! 🍝

- Stay up for a sunrise while you chat away with your fav humans under the stars. 🌅

- spend time with your people at the villa, play games, sing karaoke, sheet mask away and relax!

- Don't get a massage, get MANY!!! 💆

Basically, eat, swim, dance, moon bathe, talk under the stars and repeat! 🫰

Hike up the narrows, 11 miles at 110 degrees lol 😂 one of our best hikes. Bryce canyon and Capitol reef national park were breathtaking.
