Just a pirate heading downtown, nothing else by @divythas

Come with me to deadlift dressed as a pirate for a good cause 🏴‍☠️

@anytimefitnessancaster and the other local Anytime Fitness locations are putting on a fun little fundraiser to raise money for local hospitals and I couldn’t say no to that!

Happy with how I did today, not far off life time bests with a little more left in the tank! by @divythas

I’m signed up and ready to deadlift for a good cause on Saturday!

Decided to workout at a different time today than usual (evening vs early morning) and still saw some of the same people … hmmm 👀 😂

I usually workout between 6:30-8am (a bit later on weekends) but not an afternoon or gym person

I swear I love training for what it is! I love to train and love to eat!

All the training doesn’t hurt when I do want to enjoy myself though 😋

Disclaimer: I never feel the need to earn my meals or justify things by having to workout first** by @divythas

Another run and yap episode; today’s yap was gold related

Collabed with myself on this one

Still very early into this build so have time to strengthen and polish things up by @divythas
