This past week I got the privilege of being part of a medical service learning trip to costa rica that has truly impacted me to the core. Experiencing first hand how many of the patients at the clinics had little to nothing, yet somehow they ended up giving me more than I could ever give them!!Through their happiness alone they taught me how real kindness is when you choose to show gratitude even when you have nothing!!! The people I met throughout this trip also have impacted me forever as many of us had just met, they quickly became some of the kindest and smartest, group of people I have ever encountered. Whether it was sharing something one person had that another didn’t, offering support during our long days, or laughing together, what started as a group of strangers on a school trip felt like a family by the end and i’m so grateful to be apart of that🥹

Thank you @medlifemovement so much for this experience I am changed for the better, forever & pura vida 4L!!! by @dixipradhan
