This is the first gym I ever went to…I was about 8 years old and vividly remember watching a coach do a ball out on the tumble track. That was the first trick I had ever seen in person and needed to learn how to do it instantly. It didn’t stop there…obviously but I found my love for this sport in this gym over a 10 years ago⭕️

Scrap clips from the last few sessions…I need to stop slamming like this on dubs it’s started to make my elbow swell up every session because I hit it wrong at least once every time. I don’t want to permanently hurt my arm that I use for all setups. I’ve fallen like this for a long time and don’t really know what I’m going to change yet…tips are appreciated but I will still keep training dubs keeping this “injury” in mind.🐌
