POSTS STORIES REELS
Hi! I’m DJ Danaisy 🪩 I’m a Palm Springs–based House DJ, creating refined, atmosphere-driven soundscapes for hotels, restaurants, bars, nightlife, elevated events, and unforgettable experiences. With a background in luxury hospitality and events, I understand that great music is about more than what’s playing — it’s about reading the room, understanding the energy, and knowing how the music should flow. My sets blend deep house, nu-disco, soulful house, and feel-good grooves, always curated to complement the environment rather than overpower it. My goal is simple: to make a great space feel even better. Stylish. Intentional. Full of soul. Palm Springs + available for travel And a special shout-out to the incredible people helping bring this next chapter of DJ Danaisy to life! ✨ 📸 @illuminatephotodesign — for capturing these beautiful images and helping me feel more comfortable in front of the camera. ✨ @prestigemarktg — for helping me develop my content strategy, refine my brand, and bring this rebrand to life. You’re amazing!!! I’m so excited for what’s ahead! 💜 by @dj.danaisy
🎧 DJ Gig #39 🌼✨ Saturday night took me to Palm Desert, where I had the pleasure of providing the soundtrack for a birthday celebration honoring the talented artist Carla @studioroth.ps . What a perfect evening! Their backyard was transformed into a beautiful setting with stunning mountain views, gorgeous décor, and even pole lighting that framed my DJ booth perfectly. Talk about setting the mood! ✨ The food by @chefkellirose was incredible, and my new @thedevilwearskaftans outfit was a hit! Great music, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful people. Nights like these remind me just how much I LOVE what I do! 💃🎶 💡 Lesson learned: I think it’s time to invest in some fabulous lighting for my outdoor gigs. The way they illuminated my DJ booth completely elevated the atmosphere. It was such a vibe! ✨ by @dj.danaisy
DJ Gig #38 🎶🌴☔️ Friday night brought me to @thevelvetropeps for the U.S. launch party of @thedevilwearskaftans Despite some unexpected Palm Springs rain, it was a fabulous evening filled with fabulous people! If you missed it, stop by @racknroll.clothing in downtown Palm Springs to check out Jane’s gorgeous kaftans. I can’t wait to show off mine! Lessons learned: If it looks like rain, it probably will! ☔️ Always have a backup plan to protect your equipment. Thankfully, I was able to move under an awning and stay dry for most of the night. The downside? I ended up standing on rocks, so luckily I was wearing flats. Which brings me to lesson #2: Always pack a pair of comfortable shoes! I put that lesson to use the very next night, and those flats were a godsend when my feet had enough of dancing in heels. 💃👠 by @dj.danaisy
I’m obsessed with my new piece! Thank you @thedevilwearskaftans ! You can find more gorgeous kaftans in a variety of styles at @racknroll.clothing in downtown Palm Springs. by @dj.danaisy
I get asked all the time, “What made you decide to become a DJ?” Well, it all started on the dance floor in the ’90s. ✨ I spent countless nights (and early mornings!) dancing my heart out in San Francisco and later NYC. The music touched my soul in a way I can’t quite explain. It was pure joy, freedom, and a feeling of connection. If you didn’t know me back then, here’s a little glimpse of me in my element. Earlier this month, I got to relive some of that magic at @publicrecordsnyc dancing to the legendary Detroit DJ Robert Hood and his daughter Lyric, aka @Floorplan_music. 💃 Thanks to @Emilyburtonis for the videos and for being my partner in crime that weekend! And to francisscissor for creating such a beautiful space where people can come together, dance and be free. Sorry it took me so long to experience it and Public Records will now be a must-stop on every NYC trip. The dance floor gave me so much joy over the years, and now I’m finding that same joy on the other side of the decks. 🪩❤️ by @dj.danaisy
DJ Gigs #36 & #37 ✨🎶 Two more magical evenings at @thelautnercompound! Gorgeous desert nights, beautiful surroundings, and great vibes! If you missed it, you’ll have another chance to experience this architectural gem during the @modernismweek Twilight Tour in February! 🌵✨ Lesson learned: Work smarter, not harder! My new JBL PartyBox speaker on wheels sounded great AND made load-in and load-out much easier. I can handle it all by myself…giving my roadie-husband a break. 🔊🙌 by @dj.danaisy
It has been a true ✨JOY ✨ working with @dj.danaisy to create new visuals for her brand! Here’s a little peek at our shoot yesterday at @thelautnercompound. Is it just me or is @dj.danaisy absolutely adorable? More coming soon! #photography #brandvisuals #djdanaisy #styledbyme #lautnercompound 🥂🥂😍📸 by @dj.danaisy

DJ Gig #35 🎧 From Palm Springs to Sitka, Alaska! 🏔️ Last Saturday, I had the absolute best time playing at @campfirekitchenak in beautiful Sitka, Alaska! I was in town for the 2nd Annual @amdocfilmfest and since I had such a great experience DJing for AmDocs in Palm Springs back in March, my husband encouraged me to offer to play at their Meet the Filmmakers party. It was a last-minute decision, but why not?! I managed to squeeze my DDJ-FLX4 controller into my suitcase, borrowed a speaker from local musician Hank, and made it happen! Sometimes the most spontaneous gigs turn out to be the most fun, and this was definitely one of them! 💃🎶 I’m already looking forward to returning to Sitka next year and hopefully DJing again at the big festival in Palm Springs, March 17–21! Speaking of which, 2027 marks the 16th year of the American Documentary and Animation Film Festival, and it’s truly something special. Real stories, incredible filmmakers, meaningful connections, and so much inspiration. If you’ve never attended, I can’t recommend it enough! 🎟️ Passes are available now at amdocfilmfest.com. Hope to see you there! Lesson learned: Never pass up an opportunity to play music, even if it means squeezing your DJ gear into your luggage! You never know where the music will take you. 🌎🎧✨ #AmDocsSitka2026 by @dj.danaisy

I was unable to play because the venue’s 1st edition CDJ’s would not read my ex-fat USB. To all my DJ friends out there...please explain to me why this happend and what I need to do next time to fix it. I was so bummed I couldn’t play and don’t want that to ever happen again. 📍Palm Springs, CA - Home Base Tuesday, Oct 6 Photo shoot with @prestigemarktg at the fabulous @thelautnercompound 📍Milan, Lombardia, Italy Friday, October 9 DJ Set broadcasted on RIN (Radio Italia Network).
