I’m not good at saying goodbye. I’d much rather you show up on our doorstep with meat sticks ready to hang out and talk Giants football. I’d much rather go back to the days when you and Lamar would find me a box to stand on in the DJ booth at Porta because I was too short to see the crowd. You were truly a legend, DQ. 1 of 1. The outpouring love that has been shown for you from thousands is a testament to your character, and they’ll never be another one like you. So I won’t say goodbye, I’ll simply just say “herro”… by @dj__cam

It’s 2015. I moved to Hoboken and was about 3 years into djaying, mostly Monmouth County. Still building a brand and reputation, @wolfknows gave me an opportunity to play at @wickedwolfhoboken which I did not take for granted. It was a tightly run operation. Wolf Sundays were the pinnacle of DJ sets, the rotation of resident DJs was already so impressive, but yet Joe P saw something in me which would lead to a decade of taking things next level. That same opportunity, and most importantly, lead me to my now wife @amorette_luchia. @seanderxx thank you for trusting in me with entertainment through the years, @rikki3134 thank you for always holding it down. @slavgodin thanks for caring so much about what we were building. @djnunz, you’re as humble as they get, but the truth is you’re Hoboken’s #1 resident DJ, 15 years strong. Thanks for always being my right hand man. The times we shared, confetti we popped, buffalo bites we ate, coors lights we drank, the horn, the calling, the laughs, the big games, late nights, the tech times, Sunday Fundays, Santacons, Leprechauns, you name it. We did it all, and man we did it ledg-endary. Thanks for the memories @wickedwolfhoboken…Wolf Knows 🐺 taken in Wicked Wolf Hoboken by @dj__cam
