Huayna Potosí 🏔️☁️
3 days of breathing in thin air, frozen toes, and sore legs at 6,088m, cold, beautiful , and a mountain that is uninterested in our excuses.
Somewhere between the crampons, the headlamps, and the 12am wake up, we got closer and closer.
By sunrise, after hours of heavy breathing, tough mental games and refusing to quit, we shared a euphoric moment on the summit with a feeling that’s hard to explain.
One of the small 0.001% of the population who’ve stood over 6,000m. humbled, buzzing, and in love.
We celebrated with whisky shots. Thankyou Huayna Potosí you’ve left us feeling addicted and wanting more 🥃 taken in The top of Huayna Potosi - 6088 m by @dj__richmond
