Undeniable.

That was the word, that was the focus.
Since the moment we stepped off the stage in June, this one word was the only thing I obsessed over for the last 4 months.

Be Undeniable.

I told myself everyday, next time we step on stage “be undeniable bro”, and that’s exactly what we did.

Your 2026 Battle of West Georgia Overall Champion Novice Classic Physique!

God truly showed me how good it could get this past weekend and my faith in Him has been tested, fortified, and strengthened through this experience. The last 9 months have truly transformed my lifestyle, beliefs, habits, and mindset in a way that only God was able to do through this sport.

I’m forever grateful for my yes. I’m forever grateful that I chose to be obedient and didn’t continue to run away from what He called me to.

Thank you God for giving me everything I needed to close out this bodybuilding season. I remember what you told me back stage and I’m ready for this next test.

To Kalah, thank you for putting up with me, my mode swings, my absence, the food smells and my fish for the past 9 months. You’re my best friend, my rock, my peace, my constant in-house entertainment, and a breath of fresh air that I needed every single day, without you there is no me on stage.

To my coach, my dawg - we did it man! Thank you for guiding me through this process and not only being a coach but friend I could share in this experience with.

To all my family and friends, thank you for your love and support, but most of all your prayers. The random messages and covering of prayer is what carried me through on my toughest of days.

To Battle of West Georgia, thank you for putting on an amazing show and creating a space for us athletes to showcase the sport we all love. Truly an unforgettable weekend and experience!

Coach and I are back in the lab and working on the 2027 blueprint, because the job’s not finished.
But for now, that is all she wrote for me this 2026 season. What a ride!

16 Weeks of Preparation for this Exact Moment in My Life

Going into this I told myself that “I owe it to myself to at least see what’s possible”. To see what could happen when I fully lock in on what God said. What could happen when fear is no longer writing my story. 🖤⚡️

Although the pics in this post tell the story of a physical transformation, I have to say there was an even bigger mental and spiritual transformation. Romans 12:2 “…be transformed by the renewing of your mind”. 🙏🏽⚡️

To anyone who’s on the fence about taking that leap and stepping on that stage, I say bring it to God, remain in Him, focus on His word, be obedient, and STEP IN DOMINION. 😤😎

Also I know, I know… it took a minute BUT… the SHOW DAY vlog is finally up on the channel 🙌

I DID IT. WE DID IT.
After years of saying I wanted to compete on the bodybuilding stage, last week I finally made that vision a reality.

It was everything I wanted it to be and more. I truly felt God’s presence throughout the whole experience and the overwhelming feeling of joy I had on that stage was something I hadn’t felt in a long time.

I’m grateful to have shared this experience with all my friends and family, y’all really made me feel special this weekend.
To Kalah, my love, thank you for putting up with me for the past 6 months and not kicking me out the house after cooking fish everyday for weeks. Without you, I’m not half the athlete people saw on that stage. I love you!

Shoutout to everyone who has shown me love and support throughout this life changing journey - from the gym, to work, to social media, YouTube - you all made this journey not only fun but inspiring.

To my coach, my dawg, we did it bro! Having you as a coach and friend through this new and extremely intense process is one of the best decisions I ever made. Thank you bro frfr.

We might not have come home with the win but I walked away with something more valuable than any trophy could give me.

And one thing’s for sure…
This ain’t the last time the stage gon see me!

Say coach… time to run it back🤝

SAVAGE RACE 2025 🔥

Back in September, I competed in the Georgia Savage Race😎, this was my first time ever doing something like this and let me tell you…this race will do some thangs to ya.

This race not only challenged me physically but also emotionally and spiritually. There were some obstacles that I really didn’t think I’d be able to do and there was multiple times where I really felt like giving up but shoutout to the guys I ran with! They helped me proved to myself that I’m stronger than I think.

I’m extremely proud of myself for doing this and this won’t be last time @savagerace sees me!! 💪🏽⚡️

And obviously, there’s a vlog - full video is LIVE now on YT | link in bio 🔗

Thankful for all the memories God has blessed me with over the years. Thank you @k_vance16 for making every year spent with you even more special. And thank you all for the birthday wishes, text messages, facetimes, phone calls, and DMs. 🖤🖤

28 hits a little different. As I turn another year older, I reflect on the blessing of life and how tomorrow isn’t promised.
So I live for today and for the little boy at the blue’s clues themed birthday party with big dreams. Chapter 28…
