It’s been a hot minute , like about a decade that I have not played out (aside from a house party or two in Berlin), but here I was in the place where it all started , Observatory to be exact.

Even if I only played a dubstep gig at koko , London once and on a Uk pirate radio station (a dream) with my mate JJ Frost, Legend ! I was still listening to music almost daily and djing in my room. Also produced some dubstep with my ex which was fun. The truth is by the time I learned German to go out and network , I kinda wasn’t feelin up to the task as I was too busy clubbing to techno and traveling.

Well , I am back in CT now - this is just a sort of music history page. It might take a different turn as I setup my studio again in some months, but yeah , it’s about the Oldskool and the international flavas.

Shout out to the lounge crew, piano lounge, Zulu warrior, Drunken master, big love, icftj, Homegrown and others from the archives.

Music has literally saved me over and over. This is my ode to it and keeping the scattered memories (before social media) alive . ✌🏾

Highs and lows , a moment to cherish , when my cousin surprised me with a visit at Bass culture with a prize I won and while she was there , their car got broken into - don’t leave any valuables in town, car jamming is real. We had some amazing peeps at Bass culture and my two faves were twinning (only just realized) - aside from the crims, the party was good vibes only though as promised and thanks to those who came out - we appreciate you 💚💛❤️

Thanks to @mixedmethods_africa who have started a new hot desk concept, I was finally able to get my wish of playing some melodic techno outside of the bedroom. Love what these gals are doing - supporting women in electronic music and thanks to my “dj assistant” 😅, always there for me @bwisednb. Had some amazing chats and built some more family which is what music has always done for me, also as a punter. It was very unique and professionally run. And just as I was saying I wish a Berliner was there to hear it, a gal from Berlin came up to me - danke schoen Schoene Frauen and all who were there 🫶🏼 #dnbcapetown #capetownmusicscene #edmcapetown taken in Biblio by @dj_com.it

Thanks for the hard styles , it brought back many a good feeling and memories of Homegrown and parties in Europe. One for the books for sure and none of it would have happened without @tehsynes, oldest and talented music meisters who i met through music and still live it, that includes @bwisednb for believing in me 💯 . It was an alternative experience hard to forget. And how could we ever forget the mighty @counterstrika #makeamericagothagain taken in Roxy Woodstock by @dj_com.it

Memory came up from way back in the 2000s - good times! It was cold at that festival.
Looking forward to catching up with old mate Chin from Counterstrike tomorrow #dnbmemories #dnbfamily by @dj_com.it
