After years of legendary nights in Amsterdam, Rotterdam & Haarlem. Disco Exota returns for a special edition at @onderhans , the basement beneath the infamous @hansbrinkerhostel . The origins of this club date back to the early 80’s. Descend the staircase and get carried away by the rare energy of this intimate club – a place where only the moment matters…

Here’s a couple of snippets from my set at the Panama Racing Club before my brain fully went up in smoke there.

M>O>S 036 - Allstars EP

a1 Aroy Dee - Touch
a2 Maspaventi - Horizons
b1 R-A-G - Wired
b2 R-A-G - All Forgotten

The M>O>S dream(house)team Aroy Dee , Maspaventi & G strings fathom classiest depths of Chi, 313 and NYC house with a shine-eyed Dutch appeal long key to their sound.

Label boss Aroy Dee rekindles a romance for this particular seam of late ‘80s interest with a gorgeous love note to Larry Heard and Terrace on dusted and harmonised pads of ‘Touch’, and chimes in with mastering supremo and producer MaSpaventi on the darker pressure of ‘Horizons’, with leaves deep bassline helming ghostly chords and a seriously rude tear-out acid line, like NWAQ on a dead moody one. Flip side they fuse forces for a gritty, tweaked-out swinger ‘Wired’ chattering with an early AI techno quality akin early B12, before saluting the likes of early Joey Beltram and Belville Three under occluded west coast skies on the sinuous, grinding drive of ‘All forgotten’.

Double dutch here today: a cult classic revived from the vaults & the latest from the M>O>S label.

Arnout Winkler & Jochem Peteri (aka Newworldaqarium) together as Pallas.
TOP form early 90’s Dutch house music revisited with updated versions of Ulysses Horizons (but still rocking the house!) A cult record that
deserves this trip down memory lane.

On the M>O>S front, the all-stars came together (Aroy Dee, Ma Spaventi & G-String) for acid fuelled deephouse trips.
