As the final whistle blows on an unforgettable World Cup, I’m left with something bigger than the trophy.

In a time when it feels like we’re constantly being divided, this tournament reminded me of what can happen when people come together instead.

Different countries. Different cultures. Different languages. Different beliefs.

For a few weeks, none of that mattered as much as the love for the beautiful game.

Stadiums, fan zones, watch parties, neighborhoods, and cities across America were filled with people celebrating side by side. We laughed together, celebrated together, and even hurt together. That’s the power of football.

I’m not usually one to speak on these kinds of topics, but I truly believe this World Cup showed us a glimpse of what’s possible when we focus on what unites us instead of what separates us.

Congratulations to Spain on becoming World Champions. 🏆🇪🇸

And thank you to every fan, every nation, and every person who helped make this tournament one we’ll never forget.

The World Cup may be over, but hopefully the unity it inspired doesn’t have to be.

What a day at COSM LA! 🇵🇹🇨🇴⚽️🎧

Had the honor of DJing the Portugal vs. Colombia match, and all I can say is… WOW.

If you’ve never experienced a match at COSM, you have to put it on your list. The immersive screen, the atmosphere, the energy—it honestly feels like the closest thing to being inside the stadium without actually being there.

Add great food, drinks, passionate fans, and music all day long, and you’ve got one of the best sports-viewing experiences out there.

As a kid, I had a World Cup soccer ball covered with flags from around the world. Every time I looked at it, I searched for Cabo Verde… and every time, our flag wasn’t there.

Back then, I never imagined I’d one day watch my nation play on the biggest stage in world football.

Walking through the Miami Fan Zone, making my way into the stadium, finding my seat, and then seeing the Cabo Verde flag on that pitch… it brought tears to my eyes.

This wasn’t just another match. It was history.

I’m overwhelmed with pride, gratitude, and emotion. To witness our small islands stand shoulder to shoulder with the world’s best is something I’ll never forget.

No matter what happens, Cabo Verde has already inspired an entire generation to dream bigger.

Thank you to every player, coach, supporter, and every Cape Verdean around the world who believed this day would come.

What an unforgettable experience.
