Being with you, I’ve fallen more in love with myself everday. You’ve truly been in my corner pushing me every single day to live my dreams. Even when I’m crying not knowing where things are headed, you’re truly there to remind me I’m where I’m supposed to be.

You’ve taught me to constantly choose every day to be in the uncomfortable, choose myself, and grow my level of patience and understanding. There’s no one else I would do life with. You are the sweetest soul and I can’t wait to live more life with you.

Some days it’s music and movement.
Some days it’s me at my laptop trying to make sense of research articles and case studies.

Both are part of the same thing.

I care deeply about women’s health. About mental health. About creating spaces where people can actually release what they’ve been holding in.

But building something like that takes intention.
It takes school.
It takes sitting with hard material.
It takes unlearning and relearning.

This is the part people don’t always see.

I’m still becoming.
Still learning.
Still building something that feels honest.

This is just the beginning.

@blaaack2thebone spoke life after I asked her how does having a community space like this affect her mental health. I’ve been finding more people that are looking for third spaces that actively create community. @orlando_house_party is one of the few spaces in Orlando that cultivate this community energy. If you love the music, or love to dance, or looking for like minded people whose interest are both, this is the place for you.
