Stemming: " The sensation your nervous system and brain cells get when you do things like listen to a song for the first time that you really enjoy, go to a concert with music you love, watch a good movie, spend time with a loved one, enter an environment that suits your vibe, ect. All your senses are lit up in the best of ways, completely present in the moment enjoying the reality taking place in front of you or too you."

This kid right here is the definition of character. He trained 5 days a week for 5 months strait to pass the lifeguard swim test when I see ppl every day with twice his talent not be able to pass it ever. Im glad to have ad the privilege to be his coach and wtv he does in his life he will b successful at because of the sheer amount of character he has and continues to build. by @dj_plates

I'm very happy to have trained these new lifeguards and all of them did very well in their first summer. I am so proud of them and it's kids like this which gives me purpose in what I do by @dj_plates
