Just love getting in a workout in with my coach @fit_qt @fitclublv
Added in some neutral grip pull ups at the end just for fun. Goal this year is to reach to at least 10! 💪🙌

Happy Mother’s Day to my beautiful mom and friend. Thank you for being the best mom ever and for always being there for me through thick and thin, for making me laugh and for teaching me forgiveness.

During my 2 1/2 week stay here At Oneonta, NY I was blessed to stay at a place that was only 2 blocks away from this awesome gym @tablerockfitness
This is just a few exercises I was able to film.

Some added photos taken by my lovely hubby and main supporter @evolution40fitness 💕👍🏼
I also couldn’t have made it to @angelfashionshow stage without my coach @fit_qt , thank you for pushing me to my limits in a quick 8 week prep. It was not easy but with your guidance and support I made it through 🙏💖
During the fashion show and cruise I made some new amazing friends and was able to see friends I made from the prior year. Thank you ladies for all your encouragement and inspiration 💪🙌🙏
And last but not least, my family and close friends, thanks for understanding when I don’t partake in going out or having a drink or two. 🤗🎉
