Sydney/Eora-based DJ, spinning filthy texture-filled Dnb/bass music 💙 Show me your bass faces 🥴

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

***Originally posted this to my personal account, but I feel like it belongs here too ***

Finally had the opportunity to get inked again yesterday, and I'm so in love with the result! 😍

Music has always been a core part of my life, and even more so since I started DJing/producing, so I thought it was about time that I added a piece to honour that. The pattern is taken from Cymatics - the visual representation of vibrations from sound or music in water 💙

Huge thank you to @matthekensho at @venustattooco for bringing this incredible piece to life - it turned out even better than I expected. Absolutely stoked with how it all came together! 💙

Massive thanks also to @renlyn_222 for joining me on the adventure up to Coffs Harbour - your company, support, and many hours of driving were invaluable! 🙏 Big love to you, and to @dreadfully.bassic and @the_bad_wulf for hosting us on the trip up! 🫶 by @dj_synclair

@nonosyt was a legend and got a bunch of video footage from my @dirtyhertz.au REQUIEM 8 Set over the weekend! It's now up on YouTube - link is in my bio 🫶🔥

We weren't able to get the whole thing, and the audio quality was a bit spicy, so I've dubbed over with my post-recording, but I'm feeling pretty chuffed to finally have some non-phone-camera footage! 💙

I might post some clips from it at a later date, but for now, I'm going to go get some much needed rest! Much love, y'all 💙 by @dj_synclair

SET IS NOW ON SOUNDCLOUD - LINK IN BIO 🔥

It was an absolute pleasure to play at REQUIEM 8 over the weekend! Amazing vibes, incredible performances, and such a lovely crowd as always 🫶

Putting this set together pulled me out of some pretty serious creative burnout, and taught me how essential self care is for feeding my creativity.

It also gave me an opportunity to play some fresh tracks I've been really excited about, including tunes from @ring_noord , @imanunami , @xsetra_dnb , @samathdnb , @phace_ , @eroticcafe , @forbidden_society , @eneimusique , and a bunch more - I hope y'all enjoy them as much as I do.

Huge ups to the @dirtyhertz.au crew, and to @chica_x_dj , @controversialbadboysanglien , @iluzi.music , @dreadmaiden.audio , @polos.apos , @blind_matter , and @pax.pax.xx - y'all absolutely smashed it! 🔥

Massive love and thank you to everyone who braved the cold to turn up and throw down with me, who shared encouragement from afar, and who took videos - I couldn't do this without your support! 🫶 by @dj_synclair

REQUIEM SPOTLIGHT #3: @dj_synclair

Synclair is a non-binary DJ pushing tracks with a dark, futuristic lean, inspired by VISION Recordings, and the techy bass sounds of Bristol. Synclair’s sets serve up heavy, uniquely texture-soaked, and low-end-driven drum and bass, 140, dubstep, midtempo - focused on weight, space, clean selection, and an even blend of light and shade.

Since 2023, they’ve played Rave Cave, Cavern, SHOOK’s Shmeere and Day Rave, Reunion, All Access Beats, and joined Newy Bass Crew at Antigravity Festival 2026. A self-professed sensory seeker, their heart is where the bass is - when they’re not behind the decks, they can usually be found dancing right in front of them!

They’ve backed internationals like Mobiius, Captain Bass, Georgia Chains and Pretence, and shared lineups with interstate and local legends Da Heebie Jeebies, Dread Maiden, Krelias, Floor Twenty, UBERMOON, Dartmouth, Aimer, Navi, Ang!E, ESIAL, and more.

Catch their set at requiem this Saturday.

Wow, just wow 🤯 @antigravityaustralia was UNREAL. I am unbelievably grateful that I had the opportunity to join @newybasscrew for their mammoth takeover of the Taj on Sunday 😍 Huuuuge ups to the whole crew for absolutely sending it 🔥 and a massive thank you to everyone who showed up to goblin boogie with us! 💃

From the moment I arrived I was welcomed with open arms and 100% backed by this group of wonderful, wildly talented weirdos - there's nothing quite like finding your tribe 🫶 can't wait to bing bong with y'all again soon!

On a personal note, I'm feeling super proud of myself for having my first doof slot done and dusted - it feels like a huge milestone for me as an artist! 💙 I've got a taste for it now, so here's to hopefully many more! 🙌

For now though, I'm off to sleep for 2-3 business days 😴 by @dj_synclair
