B.B.A. in Finance

Dear UNT,
What is the measure of success? What does it mean to humble? Both of these questions have plagued my mind throughout my time at UNT. If I speak on my success then I am labeled cocky, ungrateful and not humble but if I close my mouth and hide my accomplishments then I am labeled “humble”. Finding the balance between being proud of my success and being “humble” is difficult. Honestly so difficult to the point where I stopped talking about any of my accomplishments. It got to the point where I felt like a bad person for being proud of what I’ve accomplished. All because a group of people who are jealous continue to try and push me down and shut me up because my success only forces them to to look at themselves. Reading this I know once again I will be labeled cocky, overconfident, an a**hole but I do not care anymore. I deserve to proud of what I have accomplished and shout it from the rooftops. In 2 years I came to UNT and got my B.B.A. in Finance. At 20 years old I am graduating with a 3.4 GPA while maintaining multiple businesses and having a very prominent role on campus. Once again I deserve to be proud of what I have accomplished if it offends you well to bad. This is a heartfelt message to everyone who has ever labeled me. I pray you have nothing but success on your journey in life and that one day you will see things from my perspective.
