@re.union.akl isn’t just a café, it’s a space built on community.

What started as an idea has slowly been shaped by every person who’s ever walked through the door, every conversation, every quiet moment in between.

“If it wasn’t for the people that come in, this space wouldn’t be what it is today.”

I recently spent some time documenting the story behind @re.union.akl - a space that feels less like a café and more like a second home. I’m proud to help share what makes re.union feel that way.

OUR FIRST POP UP IS COMING!!

Since the start it’s been a goal to put together events to bring the Unseen whānau together and we’re finally making that happen. On the 15th of November we’ll be setting up @re.union.akl to combine matcha, music, and fashion.

AND SINCE Y’ALL ASKED we’re bringing limited physical stock of the BLACK ‘US’ HOODIES to give you one more chance to cop.

We’re giving attendees EXCLUSIVE AFTER HOURS ACCESS to preorders for the ‘US’ COLOUR HOODIES, so if you missed out you know where to be!

We’re also restocking our iconic A2W beanies and of course, our trucker hats.

With @djchukkee on the decks and the best matchas in Aotearoa, this is going to be a day to remember. 15.11.25.
Save the date. by @djchukkee
