BRAIN BATH returns for its fourth session and its first Halloween edition on October 30th. This time around Edmonton’s finest producer, DJ, and all-around wonderful human @jex.opolis will make his triumphant return to Vanhattan, supporting his most recent album entitled AMBIENTE. Expect a winding trip through downtempo chuggers, big room Balearic, and a heavy spread of forgotten b-sides from yesteryear that still pack dance floors today.

In true BRAIN BATH fashion we’ll be easing into the night and starting things low and slow. @ephemeral.objects will be setting the tone with the debut of her first-ever live set. ephemeral objects is a DJ, VJ, and producer based in Vancouver, B.C. Her sets move between ambient, experimental electronics, dub, techno, bass, and leftfield club sounds, creating immersive worlds through texture, rhythm, and atmosphere.

Early riser tickets are available now via Resident Advisor. Secure your spot on the dance floor now.

VANCOUVER. We’re a few short weeks away from BRAIN BATH Halloween and down to our last 100 tickets. For the occasion we’ve printed 100 of these stickers and will be handing them out to the first 100 people who come up to the DJ booth and ask for one.

If you haven’t heard the good news @jex.opolis and @ephemeral.objects will be joining us for this upcoming session. Please visit Resident Advisor now to secure your spot on the floor (haha, get it).

Big S/O’s to everyone who’s ever laid on the floor at BRAIN BATH. This one’s for you! by @djdairyfree

DJ SYNCLAIRE is the collaborative project of NYC based artists Nema Hän and aka-Sol. Connected through their shared love and devotion to music, the duo approaches DJing as an ongoing exchange of discoveries. Their selections move fluidly through house, techno, psychedelic oddities, forgotten treasures, and contemporary sounds that carry a familiar spirit.

The Breeze crew welcomes you to dance outside one more time - we are throwing together something very unique in your local woods. Heavy hitting lineup and a new b2b debut, lighting reminiscent of 4x4 fest, and some other goodies. Come rain or shine (pop is low) and stay a while.

Couple things to remember:
-This is an event in the middle of a forest and it's extremely important to be responsible and mind our impact on the space. please stay in the event area and take your garbage with you when you leave. Come with a friend and leave with a friend, or ask and we will coordinate that you have a group to exit with.
-There will be no alcohol sold and very limited water on site so please come prepared!
-Please use butt cans on site, or bring pocket ash trays. We will have to pick up all of any butts ashed on the ground, and it's a fire hazard :(

Schedule TBD, playing it loose
Location will be revealed by email (L in B), or ask me, or a friend.

Vancouver. Good news. BRAIN BATH returns for its third session on September 5th with our dear friend Kelbey Saruk performing live, the return of Softer Drink’s complimentary tea service, and Pilgrims Of The Mind’s first live performance in Vancouver since 2001.

Pilgrims of the Mind is the moniker of Stephane Novak, a seminal figure in the history of Canada’s West Coast underground. Emerging from the fertile 90s warehouse culture of Vancouver, Stephane’s work has been celebrated for its meticulously crafted fusion of psychedelic house, ambient, and proto-trance.

While Stephane has remained a dedicated devotee to the craft for decades, his catalog has recently enjoyed a major resurgence among a new generation of selectors and audiophiles. This revival was sparked by the acclaimed 2023 reissue of his 1997 masterpiece, What’s Your Shrine?, by London-based label Heels & Souls, alongside key EP reissues on the Greek imprint Echovolt. These releases have garnered praise from publications like Mixmag and Test Pressing, reintroducing his “explosive” and “mind-expanding” productions to dance floors worldwide.

As always, the BRAIN BATH DJs will be priming the floor before, between, and after and making sure the energy stays intact and intentional. We’re pulling out all the stops for this one and can’t wait to wind down the summer with you all in fine style.

$20 early bird tickets are available on Resident Advisor now. taken in Downtown Vancouver by @djdairyfree
