OUT NOW

The saga continues. The Many Sides of J Dilla Vol. 4 delves deeper still into the influences of, and on, Jay Dee... the most versatile and creative producer in the history of hip-hop. Once again, this mix is entirely sourced from my record collection.
Tapes are available and limited to 50. Plus you get a free sticker. Link in bio. And thanks for listening! taken in La Mesa, California by @djdimitri

My very first DJ mix circa 2004, “Richard Hittleman’s Sex For Health.” A sex themed, multi-genre and genuinely weird mix, with no outward indication of what truly awaited the listener. This was made just before Serato and before I ever learned Photoshop. I spent many hours in Kinko’s, cutting and pasting and copying to make the cover art, which looks just like some 60s era hippie bullshit. Im going to have to buy a cd player so I can rip this audio and put it up on bandcamp. taken in San Diego, California by @djdimitri
