First time I ever saw Serato DJ live… mind blown 🤯
Then Sid Wilson from Slipknot pulls up and starts scratching like it’s nothing 😭
Plus Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher in the building…

🎙️ THANK YOU - Episode #201 "BassRaja" on Fysti's 45 Podcast
I AM PRIVILEGED AND GRATEFUL.
Huge thank you to DJ Episode and DJ Fysti for inviting me on the show! We've known each other for over 20 years - from Ibiza to Aura to Crush to Bar 2060. This wasn't just an interview, it was family remembering the journey together.
DJ EPISODE - THE EDITING GENIUS:
We talked for ALMOST 3 HOURS. English is my second language, my accent is thick, and I ramble like a DJ mixing at 2am. 😂
But Episode made it AMAZING:
His editing is flawless - made 3 hours feel like a movie
His music knowledge is incredible - perfect background music for every story
His collection of vintage radio drops and sound effects - used at EXACTLY the right moments
He made my broken English sound professional and interesting
That's MAGIC. 🎛️
DJ FYSTI - THE CONVERSATION MASTER:
Fysti made it feel like hanging out with an old friend, not an interview:
Natural questions that flowed perfectly
Perfect balance of talking and listening
Made me so comfortable I forgot we were recording
Made 3 hours feel like 30 minutes
That's a REAL talent. 🎤
THE 20+ YEAR JOURNEY:
We covered it ALL:
Ibiza, Aura, Crush, Bar 2060
The rise of pubs, the decline of clubs
Buildings that got demolished - venues we loved now just... gone
The DJs we worked with over the years
How Gen Z parties completely differently now
The evolution from vinyl to streaming
MUSIC IS THE UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE - and this conversation proved it.
⚠️ QUICK NOTE:
These are 20+ years of memories. If I forgot anyone or mixed up details - I'm sorry! No disrespect intended to anyone. Not for kids. Just three friends reflecting on how nightlife changed.
PLEASE SUPPORT THIS PODCAST!
Episode's editing + Fysti's conversation skills = SOMETHING SPECIAL.

🎙️ The Fysti’s 45 Podcast
Best of 2025: Odds & Ends
2025 was a blur of late nights, dusty records, real conversations, side quests, and moments that didn’t fit neatly into any box—but still hit hard.
Episode 200 is a year-in-review the Fysti’s 45 way:
odds, ends, clips, conversations, laughs, reflections, and joints you might’ve missed the first time around. No theme. No rules. Just the raw leftovers that made the year what it was.
Some of this stuff never had a home.
Some of it deserved another spin.
All of it helped shape the sound, the show, and the culture in 2025.
Two hundred episodes deep.
Still digging. Still building. Still moving forward.

𝐌𝐲 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐲, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞.
The episode I was nervous to record… just dropped. 🎤🫳💥

Episode 1 of “𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑺𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆” is LIVE on Fiesty’s 45 podcast — and I’m finally speaking the truth I was told to bury.

I was lied to.
Disrespected.
And ultimately let go for sharing my personal experience with 7-OH.

Not for being dramatic.
Not for being difficult.
But for daring to question what didn’t sit right with my spirit, my values, my integrity.
My morals.

This episode is raw.
It’s real.
It’s me, finding my voice again—and using it. 📢

If you’ve ever been made to feel small for standing up,
If you’ve ever been gaslit for telling your truth,
If you’ve ever swallowed the words to protect someone else’s comfort…

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐞’𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

And this is just the beginning.
More episodes coming.
More truth on the way.

(((March 8th 1994))) 31 years ago today. Again AND AGAIN AND AGAIN
I WILL POST THIS EVERY TIME!!!!
{Classic Hip Hop Album Flash Back}
.
.
31 years ago today. A true hip hop album classic! One of the many sound tracks to my teenage life. Like i always say. #alwaysinthemix #alwaysinthecrates #alwaysontheturntables
.
Artists: Gangstarr
Album: Hard To Earn
Year : 1994
Label: EMI Records
(Side note)
.
.
The year 1994 , I was 19 years old. THE ANTICIPATION FOR THIS ALBUM WAS BONKERS. the joint was being released on this day, and i couldn't wait to get it. I was in the train station in Philly waiting to catch a train to NY. Was wearing my walkman. My dj headphones on my head with some freshly placed batteries fully energized, ready to rock the tape deck in my walkman. A cat was selling a suitcase filled with these cassette tapes of this album in the train station but instead I went to a music store (can't remember the name.of the store) and purchased the CASSETE TAPE right then and there and i just couldn't wait to take my seat and enjoy my train ride. It was like the heavens opened up and spoke to me personally in ways I just can't describe. It was , IS and forever shall be one of the dopest albums forever . It was real. It was HIP HOP at its absolute finest. This album is always in the tape deck..always in the crates. Always a part of my life.
