MEDIA PERSONALITY OF THE YEAR🏆

CATEGORY: Best Radio Dj 2024.

With my heart full of gratitude, excitement, and a deep sense of honor, winning the Media Personality award for Best Radio DJ of 2024 is a reflection of the incredible journey we’ve all shared together behind the mic, through the speakers, and in the moments we’ve created.

First, I want to thank God, without him none of this would be possible. My amazing team @coolfmabuja your dedication and energy push me every single day to be better. You are the pulse and heartbeat of the show.

To the listeners, each one of you who tunes in, whether it’s for a few minutes or the entire show… this award is just as much yours as it is mine. You are the reason I show up every day with fire and passion. Your messages, your calls, your support. it drives me to keep raising the bar, to stay authentic, and to bring you the energy you deserve. The connection we share is real, and I am forever grateful for it.

This journey hasn’t always been easy. There were times when I questioned myself, moments of doubt, and obstacles that seemed insurmountable. But it’s through those challenges that I learned and grew, and I wouldn’t be here today without them. To anyone out there who’s chasing a dream, who feels like the road is tough, keep going. The struggle makes the victory even sweeter.

Lastly, I want to dedicate this award to my big bro @focus_idris who’ve inspired me throughout my career… those who laid the foundation for what we do every day in radio. The legends who paved the way and continue to remind me that radio is more than just entertainment, it’s a platform to connect, to inspire, and to make a difference.

To the Idris family, my friends, and my supporters, thank you for always believing in me, even when I wasn’t sure of myself. And to every listener, every person who’s ever tuned in—I promise you this: we’re just getting started. The best is yet to come.

@radiomediang Thank you for this incredible honor and recognition, let’s keep the journey alive.

The one who follows the crowd will usually go no further than the crowd. The person who walks alone is likely to find himself in places no one has ever seen before.
