First time I get to conduct a film I actually have a role in. 🙌🏽This weekend. With the one and only @cincysymphony. And yes, I had more to do in the movie, just like Whiplash, but, alas, the cutting room floor never disappoints. Them’s the breaks, kids. 😉
Counting blessings. 🙏🏾 by @djgpublicity

The Force is always with @cincysymphony

Playing the music of Star Wars with them this weekend is a special treat. And they always have my heart-filled gratitude.

One must just give oneself….to the Dark Side.

Two cities, one week! What a treat to cover my friends in both Baltimore and Cincinnati last week. My buddy from school days in Maryland, @enricolopezyanez absolutely crushed it with Ben Rector and @djgpublicity delighted audiences young and old with Encanto. Lots of travel, but lots of fun! by @djgpublicity

Rooting for this gifted man tonight. THE Joachim Trier (@nobledanceroslo ) the director of Sentimental Value. Had the unexpected pleasure of sitting next to him en route to NYC weeks ago before his BAFTA win. He took great interest in me studying the score to Encanto as I’m conducting it in Baltimore in a few weeks with @baltsymphony. Turns out it’s his daughter’s favorite film. Couldn’t have been kinder in interest and discussion, from the great actor Skarsgard to weather in Oslo, to conductor Mariss Jansons….made my day. Wishing he and his team continued success with @sentimentalvaluefilm
