Oh man !! Like and share to bring back the DJs @disneycaliforniaadventures this summer !! It’s been toooo long!!!! Yeeeew🤘🏾💥 by @djjuancastro

FUN FACT !
Donald Duck has been my favorite Disney character as far back as I can remember. Growing up as a kid everyone called me “pato” meaning duck (funny story as to why that was a nickname of mine)

I’ve DJd Disney Weddings for quite some time now. This past weekend was the first time ever I’ve had Donald & Daisy crash one of my weddings! And let me tell you … it was THE BEST!!!

It was an awesome bday surprise having them at my wedding. Huge s/o to everyone that reached out and showed some bday love over the weekend! Love you all ❤️Cheers to 32 🥂 by @djjuancastro

Shout out to to @ilanarubinn for an amazing time ♥️ by @djjuancastro

🇮🇹 Italy, you were an adventure. ❤️

Venice/Murano → Desenzano → Toscalano-Maderno → Verona ✈️🚤🚆

Not everything went according to plan — our Desenzano reservation was fake and our 200-year-old Airbnb may or may not have been haunted … complete with a creepy old-fashioned child’s sit-down bath. 😂

Juan had to work, so navigating Italy without a car definitely kept things interesting, but I got to explore with his parents and make some really special memories. ❤️

We walked 20K steps a day, traveled by boat and train, saw castles and churches everywhere, ate amazing food, drank lots of great coffee, and made memories I’ll never forget.

And then came the journey home… because apparently Italy wasn’t done with us.

We left the hotel at 5:30 AM, spent an hour in immigration, ran to our gate—only to find the doors had closed 5 minutes before takeoff. 😳 We missed our direct flight to LAX, ended up flying to Seattle, waited for Juan’s checked bag that never showed up, nearly missed our next flight, and literally ran across the airport to be the last ones to board. 😂✈️

We finally landed at LAX at 8:30 PM, which was 5:30 AM in Venice—the exact same time we left the hotel. And of course, we didn’t sleep on the plane. 🫠

Beautiful Italy, grazie mille 🙏🏼- good food, good coffee, great company, and memories I’ll never forget. ❤️🇮🇹

And after 24 hours of travel… I have never been happier to be HOME and in my own bed. 😂 by @djjuancastro

One and only. 🤍 Mark & Lindsay’s wedding on Saturday truly took everyone’s breath away. It was such a beautiful celebration, surrounded by friends and family who traveled from near and far to witness the start of this new chapter. What a joy it was to be part of such a special day.

Some weddings feel like they belong in the pages of a magazine and Ashley & Adam’s celebration at Sunstone Villa was exactly that. ✨

Surrounded by timeless architecture, breathtaking views, and the people they love most, every detail came together to create an unforgettable experience.

Our DJ and Electric Violinist had the honor of providing the soundtrack for the entire day and evening, helping set the tone for every heartfelt moment and every packed dance floor memory.

Congratulations to Ashley & Adam on a truly beautiful wedding and their recent feature in People Magazine. We’re grateful to have been part of such a special celebration.

An unforgettable evening @paseahotel, where @purelavish_samanthag thoughtful planning set the stage for something extraordinary. @djjuancastro guided the energy of the night, and it grew as our electric violinist, drummer, and conga player joined in; turning the celebration into a true experience.

What does being a mobile DJ mean to you❓❓❓

For me, being a mobile DJ is first and foremost about service. It’s about showing up on demand to provide exactly what the client needs—whether that’s a high-energy dance party, a vibrant atmosphere, or providing the perfect vibe for a special event. While anyone can call themselves a mobile DJ, I believe it’s about quality. It’s about curating moments with precision, bringing intention to every beat, and making sure every event feels uniquely crafted and unforgettable.

Being a mobile DJ is not just a job; it’s a craft, a passion, and a way of life. It’s about more than playing music—it’s about being a project manager, a host, a vibe creator, and a sound artist all at once. When I step into a space, I have the ability to feel and read the energy, then transform that space with sound—just as an artist paints a canvas. It’s about delivering the right mood and energy for every moment, while balancing creativity with the client’s vision. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate event, or a social gathering, I provide the soundtrack to the moments that matter.

This role holds me to a higher standard—not just in my work, but in how I live my life. It’s like a giant pie with many slices—each one representing a different skill or responsibility. From understanding the client’s vision and managing logistics to crafting the perfect playlist and establishing an emotional connection through music, every aspect matters. It’s about balancing creativity with professionalism, adaptability with preparation, and energy with precision. Being a mobile DJ means wearing many hats, but at its core, it’s about delivering an experience that resonates and lingers long after the music stops. by @djjuancastro
