I really enjoyed putting together the comp entry mix and wanted to throw in a variety of dnb subgenres; plenty to dance to and high energy!

So here's my extended mix! An extra 43 tracks and 49 minutes on top of what was already in my winning comp entry.

Check it out on my soundcloud 🫡
Hope you like the blends 😁 by @djmansesh

******UPDATE:
MY MIX WON THE COMP - THANK YOU GUYS I LOVE YOU! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

My comp entry mix for SkankaSounds Leicester Linkup event on Saturday 5th September is out now. Stream it on soundcloud and let me know what you think!

If you're like me and you love a good singalong in the rave, you'll enjoy all the tunes in this mix from talented vocalists such as Ekstatic, Charlotte Plank, and Elipsa. Other than that, it's just a typical bouncy mix of what I'd call "spicy dancefloor" (is it dancefloor with jump-up, with neuro, with rollers, with 4x4, or with something else?). I love experimenting with dnb, and whether I win this comp or not, I'll probably be creating an extended version of this mix (likely 60+ mins).

Any listens, comments, likes, shares appreciated. See you in the sesh ✌🏾

📌 CruClash Bristol - Saturday 1st August 2026

And so concludes (?) the CruClash tour for this year, absolutely insane! 👌🏽

This one felt a bit different, it was my first time attending a rave in Bristol, a city known for its incredibly consistent dnb events (I could imagine spending way too much money on going to raves every week if I lived there). But this clash felt longer, perhaps a bumper edition to close out the tour.

Several huge battles and it was great to see a variety of genres including from DUBSTEP LEGENDS Doctor P and Flux Pavilion! 🤩 I'm not a massive listener of dubstep but when two heavyweights like these enter the ring, you don't start complaining that you want more dnb (my fellow ravers need to learn this, explore other genres ffs).

Was also great to see local, upcoming talent on the big stage from Esme Banks and Artemis, the radio show legends from overseas that are Sin & Brook, and obviously some crazy Belgian jump up noises from the "Halesowen Dick n Dom" Jaybee and Herbz. 😆

I'd love to go back to Bristol for more parties and just to enjoy the scenery in this lovely Summer weather, but the logistics of travelling there is a bit of a pain, so maybe I'll wait till next year. 🤔 But before the end of 2026, there are plenty more events to attend, and I'm looking forward to the massive, 12-hour, day-into-night shelldown at Lab11 in November, for the joint 10-year anniversary party of DNB Collective & CruCast. This year ain't over yet, not by a long shot. 😎 by @djmansesh

MUUUUUUM I DID A THING AGAIN

🚨 WARNING: This mix contains an ungodly amount of speedy, warpy bassline and garage. I hope you enjoy it 😁

📌 Cruclash Sheffield - Friday 8th May 2026

Missed the London leg due to some awful family news but we got back on track with a trip up to Sheffield! These ones up north have been the best so far 😁

So good to see some UK bass legends in Holy Goof and Gentlemens Club again, as well as spotting the likes of Herbz and GuessWhosDead in the crowd 👌🏽

A special moment for Licia to get her first cruclash (absolute legend, she's been consistently killing it in the scene for months!), and up against the amazing DRZ who I'm happy to have seen do a few of these now 💪🏾

With Spring and Summer upon us, festival season is kicking off and I am so ready to be in the sun ☀️ A few big ones coming up before the next cruclash in Bristol, let's get it! 🫡 taken in WiredEvents by @djmansesh

📌 Cruclash Leeds - Friday 13th March 2026

I'd never been up to Leeds for a rave before this one, but omg what a night! Get me back up there asap 🤩🙌🏾

Unreal competitors in the ring 🥊 A great show from the late gamers despite having to deal with the leaking over the decks 😆 Still smashed it with the attempted double drops on one deck each (big up @bennie_uk and @jaybee.uk 🫶🏾)

Top quality once again, next up we return to the capital. See you on Easter Saturday 🤙🏾 by @djmansesh

today's guest mix is brought to you by the lovely @buttons_dnb and we have the incredible @maneshmistry98 💜💜

Hey, I’m Manesh! I’m a bedroom DJ from Leicester. I go by the DJ alias of “Mansesh” which was a nickname I picked up during my uni years.

I’m a big fan of UK bass/bass house, bassline, speed garage, and of course drum and bass. I’d say that I’m much more of a raver and fan of other artists and performers than a DJ myself - gotta support your friends! I hope you like my bassline/garage guestmix 😁

Q:Who’s your biggest inspo?
A:I’m a HUGE fan of: Skepsis, Darkzy, Cajama, FooR, Notion, Zero. Closer to grassroots status, I’d say my friends GYNG, Swalsh, Hancock, Anton, Unclipped, Hastie!

Q:What’s your favourite DNB song atm?
A:Really tough question, probably Celestial ft. Lois-Renée - The Alarm Goes

manesh an incredibly lovely person and we are so thrilled he's part of our community! 💜💜

check out his mix on our Soundcloud now 💜💜 by @djmansesh
