Why did I start running? 🏃🏻

Because some days my mind felt louder than the world around me.
Because epilepsy tried to slow me down—but I needed something that reminded me I could still move forward.⏭️⏭️

Running became my escape, my therapy, my way of taking control when things felt uncertain. Every step clears my head, every mile proves I’m stronger than what I’m facing.💪🏼🔥

And the best part? I’ve never had to do it alone. The love and support from my friends and family carry me just as much as my own strength. ❤️

The first year we’ve spent your birthdays apart. It’s a reminder that you’re growing up and starting to live your own lives. As proud as I am of the young men you’re becoming, I can’t help but feel a little nostalgic and wish I had my two little babies back.
