The Main Line is still tight—but that does **not** mean buyers have zero leverage. 🏡

Several priority districts have less than two months of inventory, yet roughly **29%–39% of active listings have reduced their price.**

Translation? Well-priced, well-presented homes can move quickly…while overpriced homes are still being corrected by the market.

Then there’s the payment.

The 30-year fixed mortgage rate reached **7.28% on October 1**, which means the numbers you reviewed a few weeks ago may already be outdated.

This market requires two strategies:

YOU CAN'T BUILD AT THE NEXT LEVEL IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO GET IN THE ROOM!

Just a couple of weeks ago, I was hosting THE MOVE, encouraging others to get in the right rooms, build relationships, and position themselves for growth.

Yesterday, I took my own advice!

I attended She Builds She Profits, and here's my takeaway: No matter how much you know, how long you've been in business, or what you've already accomplished, there's ALWAYS another level to learn and grow into.

I'm a REALTOR®, an entrepreneur, and a woman with some BIG visions. But I'm also a student. I'm still learning, still building, still connecting, and still challenging myself to think beyond where I am today.

Being around people who are building businesses, investing in real estate, creating opportunities, and sharing knowledge is a reminder that your network matters, but what you DO with those connections matters even more.
