I’m happy to get back to a meal plan that works. Learned some new habits along the way and some stuck with me while I grieve loved ones that had passed on. My progress of losing weight spiraled after getting rid of my nutritionist, the daily gym visits and my mental health therapist. Imagine being 456 a couple of years ago down to 372lbs in February 2026 then back up to 396 today. Sheesh!!!! Now I’m equipped with knowledge and determination for the lifestyle change that will sustain me for the rest of my life. This is my step forward. If you’re interested or know someone who may need a structured plan. Call the number on flyer. Ask for Bryan and tell em Tommy sent you. by @djnfinite

Gas prices up… I get it. why the tank don’t last no more? Same driving. Same me. Back at the pump way too fast.

They say it’s “cleaner fuel”…
Cool. But why it feel like it’s burning quicker? Something ain’t adding up.

Am I the only one noticing this? 👀 by @djnfinite
