It’s always such a blast to play at SF’s Folsom Street Fair! Thank you to everybody who puts in the time, energy and money to make this event happen every year. Special shout out to The Playground and Alotta Boutté for producing this particular stage, which is an extra safe space for all women, trans, and binary folks during the fair.

“SUN SETS” - A pop up event for folks to come together, listening to good music while watching a beautiful California sunset.

DJ OLGA T and friends have been hosting these magical gatherings all around the Bay Area since the pandemic. And the fun continues this Saturday.

“SUN SETS” #5 - Oakland
8/15/26, 5PM - 8:30PM (sunset is approximately at 8ish)

We welcome folks to mingle and enjoy some beautiful Latin, Tribal and Soulful House, some funk, some downtempo and Afrobeat music as we watch the sunset. It will be at the location you see on the reel.

Bring a folding chair or blanket to sit and dress in layers as we all know it gets cold by the water. Feel free to bring snacks and non alcoholic drinks to share if you like, or not, no pressure at all. We encourage lots of dancing and sharing nothing but positive energy with one another.

See you soon. 🌞

Much love and shout out to @twinkledeep_sa for creating the lovely track, “Synthetic Groove”. 💗🎶🎼

Available on his Bandcamp page:

Some fun DJ friendly edits to add to your collection of goodies for the dance floor!

ADORE U (DJ Olga T Redrum Blend Edit) [House, Dance]
Original track by FRED AGAIN & OBONGJAYNAR
2nd Original track “The Rhythm Of The Soul” by DLITEONE

I wanted to spice it up with Latin/Tribal House beats so I blended in some drum parts from The Rhythm Of The Soul by Dliteone to create this rendition of the track. Fun to use at the end of a House set as a climactic feel good track.

DTMF - (DJ Olga T Tribal Redrum) [Latin, House, Dance]

Original Track by BAD BUNNY

Drop this at prime time! Added a fun 8 bar intro, hard hitting tribal drums and a few other goodies to pump up the energy on this Latin anthem.

NASTY BOSS ASS B*TCH - (DJ Olga T Blend Remix)[HIP HOP]

Original Track “Boss Ass B*tch” by PTAF
Original Track “Nasty” by TINASHE

It had to be done, these two tracks just flow perfect together. Blended “Nasty” by Tinashe vs “Boss Ass Bitch” by PTAF. Enjoy!

LOVE ME JEJE - (Olga T Moombah Smooth Rework) [AFRO, REGGAETON]

Original Track by TEMS

This is a beautiful track by TEMS that I like to play at my gigs. I gave it a little more of a Reggaeton beat, added some horns and keys at the intro and outro and then put the main chorus in the beginning to hook the listener from the gate. Hope you enjoy this track as much as I do!

Beautiful house music, gorgeous California scenery, and the warmest vibes; this event is put on purely to nurture a beautiful human connection for a couple hours.

“SUN SETS”, created and produced by DJ Olga T happens very spontaneously. Why? Because the weather is so uncertain due to the ever changing Bay Area microclimates, the perfect day and place is chosen a week before the event happens.

The last three events were held in San Francisco at Ocean Beach. The next event will be at a new location, still overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset.

Bring a blanket, maybe some extra layers of clothes in case it gets chilly and a friend or two to dance, chat, chill and connect with fellow lovers of House music and positive vibes.

Follow @djolgat on Instagram and/or send a message to get on the invite list.

See you soon. 🌅 taken in San Francisco Bay Area by @djolgat
