Round 2 of braised pork belly w/ eggies. This time DJ OUIJI Homemade Teochew Chinese Style. If y’all had it before you’ll never forget it. Yup it’s that comfort food that hits so well. Guaranteed y’all will want more. I’m glad I’ve learned 3 different styles and they all completely taste different. IFYKYK. 😋🙌🏼 I suggest spending time with those that have traditional recipes before it’s no longer in existence. Don’t loose out on a legacy of childhood eats. I made that mistake to record while A-ma (grandma) was alive. It’s been over a decade and I still haven’t gotten down the recipe to replicate. 😢 Don’t wait till it’s too late.👌 by @djouiji
