£5 Referral Credit – How It Works

* 1. Your friend signs up
When your friend creates their account, they need to enter the referrer’s email address when prompted.
* 2. Your friend books a class
Once your friend has successfully booked a class, the referral is activated.
* 3. You both receive your £5 credit link
After the class has been booked, both you and your friend will receive a link to collect your £5 credit.
* 4. Enjoy your credit!
Follow the link you receive to claim your £5 credit and use it towards your next booking.

It’s that simple — your friend books a class, and you both get £5 credit!

(The friend you refer must be a new member💗).

What an amazing class! 🫶🏼

We had the pleasure of having @jogonbabes join us on Sunday for a post run class✨

We focused on leg stability work as well as targeting the core to help with their runs!💪

Someone of these girls it was their first time in a reformer but you would never have been able to tell!

Thank you so much for letting us out you through your paces in our studio! Next its time for you to test our running skills 😩🤣

Why do we keep coming back?💗

We asked our lovely Sapphire and Stacey and here’s what they said:

✨ “It’s girl empowerment, such a good vibe.”
✨ “It’s not what you see on social media. It’s lovely.”
✨ “The owners are amazing.”
✨ “I’ve never sweat so much in my life, haha!”
✨ “All ages, all abilities, and everyone’s so friendly.”

Thank you both for the love! This is exactly the community we want to build: welcoming, supportive, and a little bit sweaty. 😅

🍂 October offer: your first class is just £13! 🍂
Link in bio to book your spot and find your people. 🤍
